What are all the payment options available?

Are there any hidden charges when I make a payment?

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders so there are no additional shipping charges either

What is Cash on Delivery?

In case you cannot make an online payment you can opt for Cash on Delivery. You will have to make your payment in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

For this facility , an extra Rs.60 is applicable for COD handling fees which is charged by the courier partner, which we have to collect from the customer.

This facility may not be available for all pin codes since this is handled by our courier partner

What is the warranty procedure after I have received my product?

We offer hassle free door-to-door pick up and drop as part of 1 year replacement warranty against all manufacturing defects.

After I receive the product , can I return the product and get a full refund?

No. After the product is delivered , no refunds will be given

ONLY in rare cases , where the product is delivered in a damaged state or if the wrong product is delivered , refunds will be given . Please highlight this issue to us on within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for refund.

How do I cancel my order?

In case you change your mind after placing the order and if the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery. If the product has already been delivered, then no cancellations can be done.

Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier partner back to our office.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated after which it can take upto 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.

What are the delivery charges?

There are no shipping charges for any orders . All orders come with FREE shipping

What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your order is placed , we dispatch the orders within 48 hours from our warehouse in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
After which it can take between 3 to 7 days to reach your location depending on courier partner’s transit time and in some cases it may take longer during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

You can track the live status of your order in the “ Track My Order “ section by entering your order ID or your courier tracking number

What if the item is damaged after opening the package?

Please contact us on immediately. Please share images of the product showing physical damage

We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

What if the packaging itself is damaged from the outside?

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package.
