Refund and Replacement Policy
The Wings warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Wings warranty products only and is non-transferable. The warranty services is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and is at the sole discretion of Wings warranty.
Please note: Proof of purchase/Invoice is mandatory to be presented for availing warranty services.
Warranty Policy
You can raise a warranty service request/complaint/ticket.
If the issue is not resolved through troubleshooting, our Customer Support team will arrange a reverse pick up of the device from your address, for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of reverse-pickup facility at your area, our Customer Support Team will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with us. Wings lifestyle will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit if you self-ship your product to us.

Warranty Policy
Wings Lifettyle Warranty Coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs and rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without brand packaging & accessories.
Wings Lifestyle shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Wings Lifestyle products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.
Please note: In case of Damaged/Partial/Used/Wrong product received should notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The item can be replaced only once within the warranty period.
Product Replacement
If any coloured internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
In case the product is to be replaced but the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered or we'll offer a voucher code of the value paid in the invoice (subject to availability). No refund will be offered in any case.
Wings Lifestyle Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
In case of any Physical /Liquid/Water damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse/mis-handling detected, non specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, customer is not happy with product look/sound quality, defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God, deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage, without Invoice and product not used as per instruction manual.
Wings Lifestyle shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Wings Lifestyle
