Can the case be charged at the same time as the earbuds?
You can charge the case while the earbuds within it are charging, too.
Could you please explain how to play and pause music?
Tap and hold any touch sensor twice to skip tracks or pause the music. The Phantom 550 has a number of unique touch-sensitive capabilities that make going about your day much simpler.
Is it suitable for extended periods of jogging/exercise?
Yes. The Phantom 550 is equipped with IPX5 Sweat and Water Resistance, so you can confidently go for long runs or exercises.
How about when headphones are plugged in; does the Voice Assistant still respond to commands?
Yes. As long as you remain connected, your device's voice assistant will address your inquiries. For the voice assistant, hold down the left earbud button for 2 seconds.
What is the lag time of these headphones?
The Phantom 550 has minimal latency, and there's also a Gaming Mode on the headphones that reduces it to 50 ms.
In order to charge, does it require a Type A or Type C wire?
A Type C charging cable is used by the Phantom 550 for a better charging process.
Can I listen with only one earbud in?
The Phantom 250 does, in fact, have monopod capabilities, giving you more options for your play. If both headphones are being used, the monopod system will automatically connect the second one.
Why aren’t my earbuds syncing with my phone?
Make sure your headphones aren't synced to your phone or any other gadget. If it doesn't work, try reconnecting your headphones to your device by pressing the reset button, and move your phone or other device closer to within a metre of your earbuds.
How long do the earbuds last?
The earphones feature a whopping 10-hour playback time. A remarkable 45 hours of fun are available when using the charging case.
Why don't my earbuds fit comfortably in my ears?
Please adjust the size of the ear tips to small or large based on how well they fit in your ears. Inside the box are ear-tips in small and large sizes.
