Can I charge the case while the earphones are inside being charged?

Yes, You can simultaneously charge the case while the earphones are in the case charging.

How about when headphones are plugged in; does the Voice Assistant still respond to commands?

Yes. As long as you remain connected, your device's voice assistant will address your inquiries. For the voice assistant, hold down the left earbud button for 2 seconds.

What is the lag time of these headphones?

The Phantom 860 has minimal latency, and there's also a Gaming Mode on the headphones that reduces it to 50 ms.

Can I listen with only one earbud in?

The Phantom 860 does, in fact, have monopod capabilities, giving you more options for your play. If both headphones are being used, the monopod system will automatically connect the second one.

How do I manually switch them on and off?

Long press the touch sensor on the earphones for 5 seconds to turn them off or on manually.

What is the battery life of the earphones?

In the Bluetooth settings of your device, The battery percentage will be mentioned. It is also visible to view the same in the notifications tab of your device. You can also connect to our Wings SyncTM app to check the battery percentage.

How will I know how much battery charge is remaining on the earphones ?

Make sure your headphones aren't synced to your phone or any other gadget. If it doesn't work, try reconnecting your headphones to your device by pressing the reset button, and move your phone or other device closer to within a metre of your earbuds.
